PURCHASING:
Purchasing is easy! Just put things in your cart and check out. Easy peasy. Not more complicated like it is on my facebook sales.
PAYMENTS:
I accept a variety of payment types here on the website. If it is listed when you check out, it is available. For PayPal payments in particular, PLEASE make absolutely sure that your PayPal address is current, because I will only be shipping to the address listed on your PayPal that's given to me. That address must be verified. I cannot ship to different locations, as PayPal will not offer me any protection should anything go wrong.
SHIPPING:
I currently ONLY ship to the USA and Canada. I am so sorry to everyone else but things like brexit and new rules in the eu have made it impossible for people like me to ship abroad.
You will get your tracking number when your package ships. I ship USPS first class, and shipping domestic USA is $6, and it is $12 to Canada.
It is VERY important that you make sure your shipping address is current or you enter your shipping address accurately at checkout. If your tracking number says that the package was delivered, there is nothing I can do after that. We are having lots of problems with porch Pirates across the nation, so if you are nervous about it a PO Box might be a good solution or else you can let me know and I’ll add on signature required (but only by request). Insurance is also by request and will be an additional cost. If your package is more than $250, I always include insurance.
REFUNDS/RETURNS:
I do not give refunds or make returns/exchanges, unless the item breaks due to my own poor design or some other fault. I do not refund for broken items in the mail, that is something that needs to be dealt with with USPS. I standby my work, and I offer repairs. If it is something that I did, For example your custom ring or bracelet doesn’t fit, I will absolutely send you a shipping label to ship the item back, repair it for you, and send it back. I do not offer repairs for user error. Meaning, if you drop your pendant, and the stone breaks for example, I’m sorry but I can’t repair that for you. I may tweak these policies as we go, but I think I’ve covered most things.
