Blue Lace Agate (cut by me)

Here we have an interesting piece of blue lace agate. I kept the top a natural edge as best I could. I love the light blue color of this material, and it's fun to cut. The primary Blue Lace Agate mine in Ysterputs, Namibia, is closed and inactive, largely due to exhaustion, unprofitability, and government violations, with operations effectively ceasing around 2017–2018. As the main source, its closure has made genuine, high-quality blue lace agate rare, expensive, and mostly "dead stock".

I have SO little of this material. This is genuine Namibian blue lace, and it was cut by me. Enjoy it while it lasts!
