Crinoid Fossil in Black Wire

Here we have a really cool material called crinoid fossil. This type of fossil is the remains of marine animals that first appeared in the fossil record over 500 million years ago. That’s a long time! You can see a sliced cross section of lots of different little creatures. I think it’s so cool how old these things are. And they make excellent cabochons!

This pendant is wrapped in the copper core black enameled non-tarnish wire and will come with an 18” black wax cord necklace.
