Sonoran Dendritic Rhyolite Heart (cut by me)

Here we have a Sonoran Dendritic Rhyolite heart which has been cut by me. This material is a rare, sought-after volcanic rock from Sonora, Mexico, known for its stunning, intricate, feather-like or branching (dendritic) patterns in red, brown, blue, gray, and tan, formed within silica crystals in the rhyolite. It was discovered only in 2009, which I keep telling myself was not that long ago.. This is a one-of-a-kind piece because all of the patterns in this material are unique. This material polishes to a satin finish, which gives it even more of a unique look.

All silver chains are stainless steel. Please indicate in the cart notes if you would like 18” or 24” stainless steel chain or an 18” black wax cord.

All silver wire is a silver plated enameled non-tarnish wire with copper core, unless otherwise noted as sterling.
