Tyrian Purple Hair Bow with Triskelion

This is my favorite color. Tyrian purple has a rich history that I won't get into here, it is made with the shells of snails and depending on what species of snail will dictate what shade of purple it is. Now obviously this chiffon was not dyed with snail dye, but this particular shade of tyrian purple is my favorite and that's why I chose this ribbon specifically. The 2" chiffon was quite expensive and I used all of the small spool for this bow, and I put it on a wider 2.5" wired ribbon of a similar color.

The bow itself is 4.5" wide, sits on a 3" bow clip and the falls are about 11" long at the longest.
